Welcome to the group! I joined a few months ago at 170, now I am down to 160. I have asthma and high blood pressure too, and was pretty much a couch potato until I joined. I started slowly walking and doing exercise on my Wii. And now I am running miles and walking miles for the first time in my life at 53. You can do this! Just take one step at at time, one day at a time. You will have good days and bad day, you will probably go up in down in the weight. But just stick to it, don't ever give up. And little by little you will do it, just like I am doing it.

I have been battling my weight since my first child 22 years ago...I feel like an addict typing on here confessing LOL but honest I do take it serious I have High Blood Pressure at 43 and have had for 4 years now and bad circulation in one leg. I am very active with my two children I have at home, but am limited to things such as its difficult to put on my shoes and certain vehicles aren't comfortable and even plane rides. I need to do this for ME..I just need to stay close to tracking and start small with exercising. With the support I know I can do it!! I lost 120 about 7 years ago and after my dad passed away I gained it all back! Its time to reclaim me again!! lets do this!!
