Hi Juliana! I've been here on SparkPeople for several years, but my weight loss has only happened in the past two years. Before that I was just getting healthy and learning good habits. I advise you to make a SparkPage, join some teams with people who share your interests, log your nutrition and fitness, read the articles, earn points, make friends, join challenges, and everything else! You don't have to do it all at once, though! Just start and do what you enjoy, it will happen.
