Today is my Dads birthday party and with the snacks and cake i am worried i will chow through my daily calories before the guest of honor arrives. I decided to take some me time this morning and i assigned all of me calories already starting of course with Moms chocolate cake. I let myself have half a cup of each and everything on the veggie tray and fruit tray and decided to bypass the carmel and ranch dip and hamburger bun so i could have both a hamburger (on lettuce leafs) and grilled sausage! Hopefully it will keep me on track. I will let you know tomorrow.
