I struggle with motivation too. I was just reminded that its important to take care of me first so I can take care of others and do all that I do every day. Working out helps control stress and relieves stress. Plus the more we take care of ourselves...the more we want to...at least I find that to be the case with me.
Try to set small goals, like use the treadmill once a week for 15min and an exercise dvd once a week and then build up to 3-4 times a week. It might be easier if you commit to one or two days at first and it might seem less overwhelming.

Team Leader 40 Somethings with 25-49 pounds to lose
49 now...Need to stay motivated to work out 3-4x aday. 30lbs over weight. turned an extra bedroom into a gym. I have a spinn bike,different size weights,total gym,treadmill, medicine ball,fitness balls,jump rops.stretch bands,exercise dvds,how to eat/cook healthy cookbooks ect. But not much motivation to exercise.
