to the team and to SparkPeople, Lily! Wow, you are off to an awesome start!! I'm impressed that you're in ONEderland in just one month!!
I think taking 16 units is a full schedule by itself, let alone on top of working full-time, too - but there is ample research that exercise increases learning-power and once you start working out a little bit, you'll find your energy increases. The first couple of times you may feel more tired but after that you'll find yourself feeling better, stronger and working more efficiently - so in other words, exercise tends to make it's own place in our lives if we give it a chance. Isn't that great?
But whether you work it into your life right now or not, it sounds like you are focused on getting healthier and doing well with your plan - good luck on your journey!
