to the team and congrats on your great accomplishments for the 5k and triathlon! I can identify with your frustration as that describes my last 20 years. The test the doctors do only diagnose a small portion of problems and I think there is something else going on that they can't find and don't understand. At any rate, cutting out grains, sugar and starch carbs seems to help me a lot, although it's hard to stick to as those are the 'addictive' foods - at least for me they are. Give it a try and see if it helps - good luck on your journey!

Hi, I'm 31 and want to lose 30 pounds. I just completed my first triathlon and first 5k this year but even with all the training and careful eating plans, I didn't lose any weight or inches. Does anyone have any suggestions? (I've had hormones and thyroid tested without anything showing up as wrong). Sigh! However, besides the lovehandles and "budda belly" I am a healthy, active woman who loves doing things, cooking, gardening, art, and finishing up a good workout! I'm glad to meet you all and hope that I can find some answers.
