I recently got a FitBit and have found that it's motivating me a lot - I also get more motivated when I set up activities with others but I think we all struggle with consistency to some extent. Start slow and take baby steps to avoid that 'second week burnout' - and keep Sparking!

Tons of support here...on most any level you could wish for. I would suggest you make a Spark page---makes Spark more "personal". Also look for some teams to join-quickest way to make friends, get accountability and have fun-and keep you coming back!

Hello,

I'm Jessica. I live at home with my parents And sisters. I have been heavy for as long as I can remember. I exercise more then my sisters who are half my size. Friends tell me to just accept where I am. I love who I am. I just want to be healthy, and that means I need to loose some weight. I get burnt out very easily. I can be strong for a week and feel good then drop all progress the next week. It's an endless battle. I need help. I need support.
