Hi and welcome!! the first thing.. theses are things that work for me.. maybe not for you.. i plan ahead on exercise and food.. helps me a lot.. i do weights 3 times a week.. and i try to find fun things to do so its not like exercise. I also use smaller plates when i do eat and put more veggies than meat.. I try not to have bad food around so i am not tempted.. Also i dont go out to eat much.. if i do.. i put half in a togo box.. so i dont eat as much.. good luck on your journey.. read a lot.. helps a lot too..
