Hi Becky! I'm Becky, too. I'm due to give birth in 4 weeks, so I haven't been tracking calories or exercise lately -- just trying not to splurge too much and exercise when I'm up to it (which isn't often lately). But I'll be back at it in a few months, when I'm ready to start losing the baby weight.
I checked out your profile. I'm hypothyroid, too, but luckily have been keeping it under control with a fairly low dose of levoxyl (a little higher dose since I've been pregnant). I'm having a daughter, so I can only just begin to imagine the what you've gone through with the loss of your daughter. Glad you are here and working to take care of and make a better you! I lost 50 pounds on weight watchers 5 years ago and have now gained back 35 of that. I am here to try again. This week I have stuck to the calorie limit pretty well. I have exercised all but two of seven days and I have maintained my weight perfectly. I weigh just what I did on day one. So I didn't gain. Yeah!
