Hello My name is Connie. I was a member of SP a couple of years ago, but we have done a lot of moving since then. I recently moved to the San Joaquin Valley and was enjoying walking 2 miles a day until my partner (my dog) became ill. She is getting better but not up to the walk yet. I have a lot of weight to lose and that was the first time I have been consistent about exercise. emoticon Well, anyway, I hope I can do better this time.
