Yes i have had thoes days.. and wished i could have gone out and walked.. i just dont stay up.. but can happen in the day too.. write down your feelings why you are emotional and why you want to keep eating.. might help and have a plan next time it happens.. bad thing is to have bad stuff in the house too.. BUT it will get better.. so hang in there.

I don't know if anyone else has day's where you walk in the kitchen and nibble, and then eat more, its a binge thing, and it;s late at night. Cant sleep, I even ate choc ice cream, and still fighting to not make my way into the kitchen. I use to tell myself, what's the deal, your already fat, why worry about getting fat . I did good for three day's. It's a kink in my brain pan, not sure how to fix a kink or shut off emotional eating that "shoot self in the foot."
