Good luck with your goals!! Although, it sounds like you're doing really well already with healthy eating and going to the gym 5 days a week

I dabbled in MFP also and found the trackers pretty easy to use, but when it comes to community support - I always come back to Spark because I find it to be such a great, healthy, supportive environment. Definitely a "one-stop shop" when it comes to living a healthy life!

Hi, I'm Sam. :)
I was a part of the website myfitnesspal.com about a year ago and lost about 25 pounds doing a combination of super healthy dieting & going to the gym 5 days a week. I'm back up to 166, which isn't the highest I've been but far from where I want to be. My goal is to be 130 by my 22nd birthday on April 18th. Its not going to happen overnight and I'm okay with that.
