I am a 56 year old woman who has struggled with weight issues most of my life. I would like to lose 15-18 pounds, and maintain that weight long term. I want to step up my exercise goals and start cooking again. I lost a lot of interest in cooking and other things when my children "left the nest." I was a pretty good cook, and with winter coming on, I know I should plan how to exercise indoors as well as outdoors, and cook some new great soups, with lots of vegetables.
