The truth is, I've never much thought about what I eat, or how much exercise I'm getting, but I feel like I have always thought about how I look. I'm finally ready to take that step out of denial and put two and two together. I'm 27 years old and ready to start life-long habits that will keep me fit and healthy for a lifetime.
