Hello Spark People: My plan is to follow the guidelines from Dr. Bruce West (Pragmatic Medicine) for improving joint health. This includes a diet for arthritis, phytonutrients, and strength building. Weight loss is a by-product of the Plan. I am trying to avoid another knee surgery even though I have a bone-on-bone condition in the right knee. I am a 68 year young retiree, and I am determined to regain my health. I have reduced the number of pharma drugs and have long used alternatives when possible. I'm looking forward to good health with SparkPeople!
