I have about one hundred pounds to lose and my favorite activity is fishing! And not the sitting kind. I angle for big ol' bass and want to be competitive...so losing the padding would help that.
I joined SparkPeople to track my weight loss and find new activities I can share with my wife. She is the sitting kind of fisherman...she catches trout from the shore. Not much sport in that...LOL.
