What a struggle. Life, weight. Ups and downs. It sure has been fun though. But I miss the athletic teen and early twenty year old I used to be. With a top weight of 313 pounds and lowest weight of 160. I have tried alot of things but the one thing that I was never willing to let myself do. Was become an athlete again. I never saw it like that, until recently and the thought alone helps to motivate me. It also keeps me going when I have hit a long plateau. Like right now, I am going on 2 weeks with at least 10 minutes of activity a day, someimtes 90 minutes and I have gained weight. What!!! But I am healthier and I have more energy. And that is going to be helpful on my journey back to the old me.
