At least I sure have. Been here a long time and lost 70 lbs.

Hi I am new here.I am a married stay at home mother of 6 kids.I am trying to lose weight and get in shape but I have a hard time doing so.I am a smoker and I have a very high stress level.I have very poor self body image about myself and a low energy level.I do not have any friends and I have no one to help motivate me so things are pretty hard for me.I think all I need is someone to help motivate me on a daily basis.My husband works long hours so he can't really help that much but he try's just not daily.
