I just read one of the motivational quotes..."a man who wants something will find a way; a man who doesn't will find an excuse." my problem is how do I find my "want"? I do want to lose wait and look good and be healthy but I can't seem to find motivation for more than a week at a time!!!! I don't know what to do! I feel so utterly hopeless!! :(
