Thank you for your message. The junk food is the hard part for me. But I have been trying to resist it. I love Zumba and have been doing that at home on my xbox. I am working on doing it for longer in a day. Right now I am only doing it for 20 mins in the mornings but I want to work up to 30. I will keep in mind what you said about don't over think it cause I do over think things.
welcome to the team!! first get rid of all bad stuff in your house.. and talk to your friends and family and get their support on this.. plan ahead on food and exercise.. try to exercise each day.. picking things that are fun ... riding bikes.. dancing.. walking.. but in time working out more.. do weights 3 times a week.. very important..! the most important is to think positive.. dont over think things....Just keep moving.. and you will lose weight.. but read a lot on the site it will help you! we are here for you.. hugs!~

Hello my name is Jessica and I am a 27 year old mother of two kids. My son who is 9 and my daughter is 4. I have been really trying to get motivated to lose around 35 to 40 pounds and always seem to give up. I am hoping that with tracking my food and exercises I can make this happen.
