krick-I'm doing WW myself and stuggle with exercising too.Right now I'm doing ok with it.I have to make myself just do it.By the end of the day i'm lucky if I post a blog.I need to group share more.Feel free to friend more for support

Hi Amber. Welcome to SparkPeople. This is indeed a great place to be. The food tracker is a great tool and very helpful.
My exercise motivation comes and goes as well. I try to keep it fresh by doing lots of different workouts.
Small steps. You'll find your way. Wishing you much success.

When everything feels like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top.

When you see a person on a mountain top, just remember they did not fall there!

Hello all. I am Amber. I am new to Spark and i am really liking this so far. it seems so much more positive then a lot of the programs and seems like i will be able to maintain and stick to the life style instead of gaining it back. The only problem i am having right now is staying motivated. It is really hard to want to work out these days. Yesterday was the first day back to the gym in 2 months. I was going every morning and then i burnt out. i dont want that to happen again. So i made my plan and my goal is to work out on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays to start with and work into more work outs. I hope to get to know you and support you all.
