Hello, I'm 35 years old and I work in the games industry. This means I spend 9 hours a day (on a good day) sitting in front of a computer. I recently moved away from the Bay Area and am working remotely now. The scant moving around that I needed to do before (going up and down stairs, walking to people's desks, etc.) has been reduced to almost nothing. This is when I noticed the pounds really piling on. I'm doing the Optifast Very Low Calorie Diet (800 calories a day) and doing Tony Horton's P90 workout in the mornings. My goal is to go from 239 lbs (lost 12 already) to 180 lbs while maintaining a more active lifestyle. It's great to meet you all!
