Hi, Mary Anne and
from Orange County! I was just in Lake Elsinore today - we went out to hike in Santa Rosa Plateau and stopped to do a little shopping.
I'm so sorry to hear about your surgery and totally understand the effect of stress of life - good way to put it! My best advice is to set a couple of small goals and work on those until they become 'habit' and then set the next small goals. Taking baby steps like that means the weight loss will have a better chance of being permanent, rather than trying to lose too much too fast and then putting it right back on.
I look forward to getting to know you better - good luck on your journey!
