My goal was to lose 67 pounds when I signed up here a month ago today. Well, I am thrilled to see I have lost 9.3 lbs as of today!!! I must admit I did some backsliding but then I just got motivated again the next day. I'll keep drinking that water and building exercise into my day! I love the exercise programs shown on this site plus Chef Meg's wonderful recipes. I think this is a fantastic resource and I look forward to this journey and cheering on fellow 'travelers!'
