Good for you !! Reading a lot on the site always helps so you develope good habits. Logging in your food really helps too ! Also starting off slow and doing exercise each day. Good luck on your journey !

I give you plenty of credit for doing that and know it's not easy but here you are, doing it and you can stick with sparkpeople, too - just take things ONE DAY AT A TIME, take baby steps, set small goals and make small changes - that's the best way to create permanent success. In the past I have joined sparkpeople and had success, then for some reason I start getting
compliments and quit.
This time I want to do things a bit differently and one of those is joining the team.
I thought I was too cool to be sharing my thoughts with strangers, but without change
I will still be miserable and 210 for another day.
I have been 238 days without any alcohol and thought that would be the toughest thing
to give up to be healthy. Doing that I began to eat more. Now I am ready to get healthy
in my eating habits, and bring excercise back in my life.
I would enjoy any feedback or tips you have.
