Slow and steady progress wins the race! Congratulations on your newest family member!
You are worth it!
My name is Christina and I am a momma of 5 sons who NEEDS and WANTS to get back in shape.
I just had my 5th son 3 weeks ago today. I know I have to hold off on exercise but I figure this gets my foot in the door and gets me started on my diet...which has always been my sore spot.
I am so looking forward to getting to know others on this journey with me. I used to run like a fiend, though I am not a natural born runner, I found it later in life and I am super slow but it makes me so proud of my body and my mind that I truly adore it. I am looking to start running again as I was able to run short distances from 24-34 weeks pregnant. I am hoping to run the Nike Women's Half Marathon in San Francisco in October 2012, key word HOPE. ;)
