Start drinking 8+ glass of water a day and move more than you did the day before and you'll turn those baby steps into giant strides and start feeling better and wanting to do more. Hi my name is Xochitl Leos I have read alot of stories on Sparkpeople that motivated me so I desided to join this site to help me, also to direct my on the right path to get to my ideal weight. I feel like I have tried diet after diet, but nothing has been succesfull although I havent stuck to a diet for that long to acutally see results. I'm here to lose weight for myself and to feel good and fit in my clothes witch don't fit me anymore.
