Welcome, It sounds like you and I are opposites :). I have no problem going to the gym (It is my 'me time') but my eating it what I have to get in control this year. I don't eat bad but I don't eat great either :) Good luck
I just love spark - it has helped mew so much already. I turn 50 tomorrow And I am starting the new year the right way by getting fit and healthy and telling myself that I WILL be one of those hot babes in a bikini this summer. I only have to lose about 20 llbs and feel certain I can do it. So far the diet has been easy for me - I normally eat nutrious food anyway. The hard part has been doing cardio and strength training every day so I can burn off all this fat that has accumulated in the last 3 years - had a lot of surgeries/health problems. But I'm on track now and looking forward to a positive year filled with promise!
