I am a married female I am 49 yrs old I have been totally out of shape for about 12 years overweight since fourth grade I was raised on processed foods and have eaten them most of my adult life we just started to try to raise our own food with heirloom seeds I love laughing and silly things (like this 50 women hooping on my 50th birthday) I am learning to make small changes but a little nervous still about this lifestyle change but sort of excited too.(thank you for any breakfast tips with veggies or protein combinations can't do gluten or wheat) Go Cal team!
