Kelly/ there are teams for just about every interest. Yes I have my favorites. Some teams are way more active than other teams. You win some, you lose some- in my experience/just keep investigating until you develop a support system that works for you!!!! and an eating/exercise plan that works for you , too
I have found success with small changes/goals. I also really enjoy some of the challenges you find posted in various teams...joining little challenges is where I have found the most support with my exercising (which is often non existent)
