I could honestly say that I DID lose the weight after each of my children, got back down to within 5 or 10 pounds of post pregnacy....
Mine started creaping on when I had a job working 12 hour nights and my routine was as follows for 5 to 7 days a week for 6 years: work 12 hours, eat something go to bed, get up for a piddle break, eat something small, go back to bed, get up eat something got to work and start all over again.....
And Tadum.... before I knew it I was at 248 pounds and miserable.... I started on here at 240 and am currently at 208 so I have made progress and am proud of that fact....
So YOU CAN do this and everyone here will help you along the way, JUST ASK!!!!!!!!!!!!
