Don't feel you are a failure. We all have been there and done that. And we will do it again. Never feel that way just keep pushing for that goal. We will gain and we will lose. But that's why we all are here for the same reason to have better health and a good lifestyle. So let's start over with a positive attitude that I can do this. We can do this. We are spark friends here for each other. Exercise for 10 minutes and then try to go up a little more. Eat your 5- fruits and 5-veggies a day and drink plenty of water.

Yes,you can do it! Remember, you are worth it! Take some "me" time every day to plan your food intake and record it on the Tracker. Get some exercise every day - with 4 offspring I'm sure you are kept busy. But exercise can consist of many things. I lost 50 lbs. in about 14 months and I'm much older than you.
Hi. I'm 35 years old, have 4 children. I've been married 18 years. I got sick several years back, and it took gaining 85 pounds in a very short period of time for the doctors to finally check my thyroid. My TSH was 185. Normal range is 0.03- 3.5. I can't seem to lose the weight now. My own fault. I get very discouraged. I have no positive support from family or friends. Seems to be several negative supporters though. I let other people determine my mind set. I'm here, hoping for positive support, and positive results. I do not want to die a young, morbidly obese shell of a person. I want to lose this weight, be a healthy and successful role model who says "If I can, you can".
