My name is Mika. Married with 2 preteen kids. It will be 3 years this coming September since I first step foot in America. The homesickness and the cold weather that followed Fall in 2008 made me turn to food.. and with the the weight piled up. I have gained 30+++ pounds since I got here. I lost my self confidence in the process. I certainly hope that with the help of sparkpeople community... and this NC community, I will find the motivation to lose these pounds and gain my confidence back. If there is anybody in the Johnston county area, maybe we could meet up for workout or something.
