Hi everybody,
This is my first time on here,. everything on here seems so supportive and helpful. I am a wife and mother in Arkansas. I have one child a daugher who is 11. I started working out Febuary 2011 and was doing really good, lost 30 lbs. But the the holidays hit and I lost the motivation to go to the gym everyday and eat good. I ended up gaining 20 lbs back. So as of Febuary 2012 I started all over again. I have been hitting the gym everyday since Febuary of this year and have been watching what and how much I eat. Counting calories are a big part of my daily life now. Since Febuary I have dropped around 24 lbs and 8 inches of my waste. I am a monthly weigher (meaning I only weigh myself once a month) and I am a lot less stress about the scale that way. I am looking for friends that will keep me motivated to stay on track this time around, so add me if you like. Motivate me and I will motivate you. :)
