Hi everyone
New to all this. After putting on 30 pounds because I was
Unable to exercise because of long term hip problems.
Had my last surgery in dec and I feel good enough and
Motivated to lose the weight.

Hi! My name is Kathy. I am not new to spark been here on and off..just wanted to keep track of my food and exercises on my iPad.. My mom gave it to me and I love it. Now I am back to trying to keep track of everything..good luck to everyone..
