Welcome to the team!

I too have tried the Dr. Oz program and to tell the truth I found the site to be lacking and here with this group, being able to post a question, or make a comment means soo much to being able to get some support other than my dogs! lol

I see some of you have done or are doing Zumba! I have been trying to find some of the music to keep it going at home does anyone have anything that could help me?

I am hoping to keep this one going a lot longer than 3 days...

I'm so glad I found this site, I had been so bummed out that I could not keep up with Dr. Oz' 11 weeks to get fit program. However after checking out this site I realize that this is everyhing I though his site should have been!! I am so pumped and I love all the little challenges and incentives but above all I love the feeling of being part of a community of real people. I have quite a big challenge ahead of me, I need to lose the 50 pounds I've gained in the last ten years. I now it's gonna take time and dedication but I'm determined not to put it off. If anyone can offer me some tips/ advice or help me along please do so,nor add me as a friend. I welcome it! Thanks, Lis
