Hello to all the vintage lovers here on sparks.
I'm a newbie to vintage love. I just discovered my love of the 50s. I finally figured out how to style my hair in a 50s typ of way without having to cut it. I love my VERY long hair.
I'm also a knitter and a seamstress and i'm working on a sweater from 1955 right now. I bought a few 1950s dress patterns that i'll whip up as soon as I have a few days off. And I have the most gorgeous pencil skirt just waiting for my day off.
I've lost 25 kilos so far on my own, and i'm looking into losing another 16 or 17 kilos. I'm getting the hour glass figure from back in the day.
I'm also interested in the diet from the 1950s. If anyone can tell me more i'd be on happy camper.
I'm also married, no kids, three cats, and I also love to read, and I work in a casino. I'm german-american and live in Hessen, Germany.
Obsticals are those frightning things you see when you take your eyes off the goal. -Hanna More
