Sure, you might not be able to do everything they all do at first, but eventually you can. And you work at the intensity that suits you---at least at mine that is what we all do. I am recuperating from a knee injury so if I can't do something in the routine, I go back to another activity that I can do---that way I am still moving and burning calories. And by continuing in my program, it has helped my knee a lot.
