For the past year and a half, I have been taking karate which has been so awesome for me....until my knees have started giving me heck.
So, for the past 2 months, I have been out of class.
I am looking at joining a local gym that has a pool and also offers water aerobics classes, and I just wanted to get to know what it's about, and if it will be able to help me.
I know that last week, I was in a pool and it felt great on my joints.
