Mine is all discombobulated. I get to work at nine and have my lunch. After midnight I start my new day. I don't eat my "dinner" all at once, but I spread it over a 10hr shift. Mainly I try to allow myself 500 cal per meal and distribute it through out the night and day. I haven't by any means mastered it yet though!

Hello! I currently started a 3rd shift job and wondered how other 3rd shifters handle their meals and snacks.
Currently this is my schedule: Go to work at 10p. Snack at 11:30p Lunch at 1:30a Leave work at 6a and go to bed at 6:30a Get up around noon/1:00p Have light meal/snack. Eat dinner around 5:30/6:00p Lay down for an hour - hour & 1/2.
How do you squeeze in exercise? Would appreciate any help. Thank you
