Hello there. Welcome to Losing It. Thanks for choosing our team. It is a little quiet, but I check in everyday to get my huddle spark points and to check on my team placement for exercising. Well I look forward to reading your blogs and your contributions to the team.

Definitely utilize the nutrition tracker; you will see the pounds melt away if you follow their guidelines. What I have noticed is that you will have to give up the meats which slows down the weight loss and in turn eat more beans, salads, nuts and fruits and vegetables. I have never eaten so much food and lost weight in the process.

Aim for 8 cups of water a day...more if you can. Water and food are good fuels for your muscles. Enjoy your journey on spark.

Hello, just jumping back in the sadle again. I lost weight then gained the junk right back after 6 months. I said to it no way dude, you've got to leave this body alone. I can't stand being unhealthy. So, I'm going to give this my best shot good luck to all
