Definitely utilize the nutrition tracker; you will see the pounds melt away if you follow their guidelines. What I have noticed is that you will have to give up the meats which slows down the weight loss and in turn eat more beans, salads, nuts and fruits and vegetables. I have never eaten so much food and lost weight in the process.
Aim for 8 cups of water a day...more if you can. Water and food are good fuels for your muscles. Enjoy your journey on spark.
