Sometimes low iron can cause that I have really low iron which makes me feel sleepy alot. They have pills or just types of food that you may need more of. Idk but how you describe that what it seems like. Well goodluck

Hello everyone. My name is Cynthia. I am 30 years old. I am the mother of a six year old daughter and an (almost) three year old son. My life is very busy with raising kids and a full time job. I work almost an hour away from home, so I am up at 5:30 a.m., out the door with my kids by 6:45 to drop them off at dayare and then off to work from 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. By the time I get home at night, it's close to six. After dinner, homework, cleaning, baths, and tantrums, my night usually doesn't end until around 9:30,10:00. My daughter goes straight to bed with barely any problems. My son however, is a different story. He has endless energy. Sometimes not falling asleep until after 10 and with me having to wake him up at 6:15, he is lucky if he gets 8 hours of sleep. On the weekends, which I am off work, he's always up at around 7. He never seems to need more than 7-8 hours of sleep at night. So I am averaging in between 6-8 hours of sleep a night. And when I'm tired and cranky, I don;t want to work out. I can barely get through the day let alone run on the treadmill. Just looking for some advice/support for juggling work, kids, and exercise for a very tired mommy. I have been eating very healthy for the past week straight, hoping to gain some energy. Not working. I have been feeling fatigued and worn out for the past few months now. I have a doctors appointment this upcoming Tuesday. Concerned about my fatigue and dizziness. I'm hoping for some answers. Any advice is welcome. Add me as a friend if anyone wants to motivate each other!!!
