Hi swimmers! Glad I found this team. I've been outta the swim loop for a few years but my circumstances have changed (yay!) and I signed up for a swim program at a university in my town. Meet with that group 3x/week for drills and workout, and I then either come early or stay late and swim more yardage. I signed up for the English Channel Challenge. I def. need to stay motivated especially to slowly add yardage to my sessions.
