welcome Caity... and welcome back to the water... whether miles or zumba, the water is, as you know, so great!
I swim laps and do a water aerobics at least 4 days a week.

Hello, all! I used to swim miles weekly, but am sorely out of shape. Having just joined the local Y, I'll be swimming at least 4 days a week. They even have aqua zumba! (Not good for the miles, but great for the soul!)

Looking forward to prowling around the discussions.
