I'm from Tyler, TX and need a little boost on my weight lose program. I lost 120 pounds in the last 18 months by turning my diet upside down and cutting out half my calorie intake and doing some intense running, mountain biking, and swimming 40-60 minutes a day 5-7 days a week. I've lost the bulk of my weight, but just can't lose the last 20-25 pounds hanging around my midrif.
I'm revaping my diet and adding more resistance to my cardio based workouts. I just need some encouragement a good tracker program to help me restart my metablism. It was easy to stay motivated when I was loosing 5-7 pounds a week but now that I've plateaued it's a lot harder to make myself keep going.
