My main cardio is walking (I've got chronic fatigue). Its sustainable and doesn't cause relapses.
However - I love to swim. So the plan is to add gentle swimming once a week as a fluid stregnth training. That and I'd like to give High Insensity Training a try (30 second intervals of treading water). I caught a BBC documentary on it a few months back - it is suppose to be very productive for blood sugar.
So I won't be getting anywhere FAST - but I'll get there.
