Hello!!! I have starting swimming for exercise. I want to do a sprint triathlon at the end of the summer. I am a self-taught swimmer, so I definitely need work on my techniques. I try to read and replicate but you know how that goes!!

I'm a swimmer who recently got back in the pool. I am hoping this is an active team as it looks like a great challenge. I've been swimming about a half hour a day and 1000 yrds and will be working up by 250's each week.
