I'm so glad I found this team! I've always loved the water and started swimming on a regular basis my sr. year in college. That was... 14 years ago! I kept it up through grad school and now, after 2 babies, I'm back at it. Currently, it's my only consistent, regular exercise. We have a treadmill, but with little ones, I don't always get to it during their naps.
Once in a while I need to hear how good it is for your body to keep it up!
I usually swim 1500m during each session, which is during my lunch. However, I'll need to increase it since I just signed up for the team challenge.
