i agree that swimming is a great stress relief and all over workout. when i started swimming i thought it was something you do mostly with your arms and legs, i had no idea it would do so much for my core as well, silly me!
i tracked my miles doing challenges all the while, and towards the end of my first year on SP (and my first year of swimming regularly) i thought it might be possible to make it to 100 miles. i did it, and i even finished 3 weeks early!
