In June 2 of my sisters and myself decided to re-commit to SparkPeople. I was successful back in 2007 when I first joined, but have since gained all of my weight back. That is depressing, but on a good note, I did it once, I can do it again! My head knows it needs to be a lifestyle change, but my eyes and my belly want to keep doing the fast food lunches! So, planning comes into play!
One part of success is participating in the teams, and this is a great one! I weeded out some of the teams that I never really visited, even when I was visiting. Less is more, right?
So, once I lose 6 pounds in October, I will reward myself with a new Spark Activity Tracker! Have a great Wednesday!
